Strength and Flex

This class starts out with 30 minutes cardio and strength workout to music. The exercises are on and off the pole and will be set at various levels so all can be involved. The purpose is to build muscle, strengthen and condition for pole itself, or to just generally get fit if you don’t pole.

The second part of this class sees the music change pace whilst we stretch. Flexibility is important for everyday life and longevity as well as important for work on the pole. We focus on our legs but also do some back and arm/shoulders stretches too!
